2. License Types

We offer three types of licenses for our beats:

• Standard Lease: Non-exclusive rights with limited distribution
• Premium Lease: Non-exclusive rights with extended distribution
• Exclusive License: Full ownership and exclusive rights

Full license terms are provided at the time of purchase and supersede this general overview.

3. Payment & Delivery

All sales are final. Upon successful payment, you will receive your purchased files via email or download link.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Resell, redistribute, or share purchased beats
• Claim ownership without an Exclusive license
• Use beats in content promoting hate or violence
• Register the beat with a Content ID service

5. Copyright

All beats remain the intellectual property of DarkoVibesBeats until an Exclusive license is purchased.
